Safety Assessment
Abort Criteria — Stop Immediately If:
Critical Systolic BP <90 or >180 mmHg
Critical Heart rate <40 or >140 bpm
Critical Dizziness, presyncope, chest pain, dyspnea, confusion
Warning Uncontrollable shivering (core temp dropping)
Warning Nausea or vomiting
Post-Session Recovery (Mandatory)
• 30 min supervised recovery in thermoneutral environment (20-22°C)
• Oral rehydration: 500 ml water + electrolytes within 30 min
• No alcohol, caffeine, or heavy meals for 2 hours
• Monitor for delayed symptoms (hypotension, arrhythmia) for 60 min
