BuiltShared foundations
All modules share one customer record, one calendar, one auth layer (WorkOS), and one database (Neon Postgres). The full design — data model, services, integration points, and roadmap — lives in TOOLS_IMPLEMENTATION_PLAN.md at the repository root.
